Will Power Coaching is about training body and mind to reach goals by capitalizing on strengths, improving weaknesses, and minimizing injury. This is achieved by balancing a full spectrum of aerobic conditioning, strength training, proper technique, nutrition, stress management, and recovery.

Cycling Coaching - $150 Per Month (first month half off)

Annual training plan that factors in A, B, and C races if your planning on at least 6 months of coaching

Unlimited email communication - 48 hour response time

Phone call the day before before every A Race to discuss expectations, game plan, nutrition, and tips

Training peaks premium (the athlete can upload post workout notes and more information is available to analyze)
Triathlon Coaching - $200 Per Month (first month half off)

The whole workout will be completed together to maximize the quality of the workout and maintain motivation and focus

Performance/Fitness Testing - $50

Recommended every other Month

Can be in swimming, biking, or running, or all three

I will guide you through the warm up

I will coach and encourage you through the duration of the test

We will review and analyze the results together to better understand future training needs
Video Analysis - $50

Can be swimming, biking, or running, or all three

Get video recording you performing the sport of your choice

Repeatedly review footage together and adjust technique accordingly
